I tried to get ahold of customer service but didn't get too far. I just wondered if they're teas always go bad. The last 18 bags of my 50 sachet bag are bitter and have a strange smell.

I visit H&S mostly for their blends and flavored teas. Their fancier single-origins stuff can be found elsewhere for better price and quality, for the most part. Their flavored offerings tend to be good quality, rarely having an "unnatural" taste to them, like some other brands.
Most of their standard teas are torn leaf, not large full leaves, which is actually not a bad thing since it makes them more suitable for filling them in my own disposable tea bags that I purchase elsewhere.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences ordering from Harney and Sons for more than half a decade. They offer a great variety of premium tea at relatively fair prices. Recently, their timely move to offer free shipping on every order has made them my number one choice for tea of any kind. Their products always arrive well-packed and in great condition, and they will often throw in a few sachets of teas you didn't order just for you to try. While I have always loved ordering teas in the Historic Royal Palaces collection, I have recently been interested in their teas themed on holidays. Among all their flavors, I can give my highest recommendation to their Blood Orange and their Earl Grey Supreme.

What a great find! I am a regular tea consumer, drinking 5 to 7 large cups a day. Most places sell ounces not pounds, and that can bring prices way up. My recent purchase went flawlessly, receiving exactly what I wanted, quality is excellent, received quickly. Would highly recommend to any tea lover.
